Huge shout out to the Pineapple Counsellor program for their continued dedication to new Pineapple agents' success! In our recent session, our , Peter Weil - Mortgage Agent, led a fantastic workshop and provided valuable tips and tricks to help agents confidently tackle the client discovery call.

Peter passed on great insight from his experience building a successful business. With the help of workshop activities, agents were able to practice with each other to hone their skills and increase their confidence when speaking with clients! Check out the three main objectives delivered by Peter!

βœ” - The key to success is to understand the importance and value of a client discovery call. Learning how to approach the client and how to present yourself with confidence is priority number 1.
βœ” - The discovery call is where the initial information for the client is provided to a mortgage agent, so it is super important to collect everything and have questions ready for the client.
βœ” - Assessing the information provided by the client allows the agent to request the correct documentation and successfully underwrite or work with the underwriter to close the deal.
