BEGINNERS: In order to rent a Pole for unsupervised training time, you must be (at minimum) an experienced beginner. We can discuss exactly what that means in the DM’s! As a beginner, inverting is not allowed unsupervised if you have not learned how to invert yet! I can’t risk anyone getting seriously injured trying to teach themselves unsupervised in the space 🫶🏼

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED: Please lay a crash mat down if you are doing any new tricks or combos that are high risk of a bad fall. I know that can’t always be predicted, but I trust that you know when the mat is necessary 🫶🏼

COST PER PERSON FOR AN HOUR: $15
4 POLES = 4 PEOPLE MAX PER HOUR 🤍

You must be comfortable signing a waiver!

All of my pole classes are currently full, but please let me know in the DM’s if you’d like to be added to the waitlist! I run all pole classes in 4 week terms, and a spot may open up here and there 🫶🏼

Pilates & Full Body Tension Relief currently have availability 🤍 No long term commitment needed for either one of these classes, so let me know if you’d like to try a drop in or want more information on my class passes 🥰
