We wish Rose nothing but the very best and send her off with so much love as she begins this exciting new chapter in retirement.

Today, we welcomed students from Superior C&VI and Hammarskjold High School to tour the C.I.C.E. program. Students learned about Recreation Therapy, Film Production, Construction and Renovation Techniques, and Mechanical Techniques. They explored hands-on learning by making wind-blown spruce trees in the Mechanical Techniques lab. Students were busy using hammers and pliers to bend the roots and branches. It was a great day of discovery, creativity, and career exploration! Thank you to all of the College staff who helped with this tour!

Another day, another batch of Confederation College CICE students ready to take on the world. Students from Confederation College gained hands-on experience in our kitchen under Chef Tanner’s guidance, learning how to cook, process food, handle equipment, read recipes, and maintain a clean workspace.

Throughout the program, they supported us in a variety of tasks—from peeling carrots to chopping strawberries and preparing hundreds of sandwiches for our member agencies. We’d like to take a moment to recognize and appreciate their hard work and dedication, and we wish them all the very best in their future careers.
