What if working differently wasn’t a risk—but a responsibility?
Many social workers feel professionally paralyzed when trying to engage ethically and meaningfully with equity‑entitled communities while operating within rigid systems. This webinar challenges that tension head‑on.

Join us for an honest, practice‑grounded conversation on Radical Flexibility and how social workers can build authentic bridges with Indigenous, Black, and racialized‑led organizations.

🎓 Webinar:
On the Merits of Radical Flexibility (Part I of a two‑part series)
🗓 Wednesday, May 20, 2026
🕛 12:00 PM (CDT)

👥 Presenters:
Ginette Lafreniere, PhD, RSW
Dr. Ariel Kroon, PhD, RSW
Utamika Cummings van Zyl, MSW, RSW

Through real case studies from the Region of Waterloo, this session will challenge risk‑averse practice norms and create space to critically examine what equitable engagement can look like in real‑world settings.
