Update: had a good session with Russ discussing body mechanics. Monk’s walk was explained, and his opinions on cutting mechanics in early Liechtenauer vs. Fiore. Very interesting and informative. Also learned how to deliver powerful sabre thrusts without hip rotation, and how to increase strength in the bind. Brain is full. See y’all on Wednesday!
