I've been getting so many questions about how these are done.

All I can really tell ya is that it's not paint 😅 cotton tends to be a very buoyant material and doesn't necessarily absorb color evenly. Which tends to make this tricky. Due to errors, I've come to finally figure out how to somewhat "control" the recycled cord in my favor. And every section is dip dyed. Cuz why? Cuz anything hard is worth it!

I loved running around barefoot outside as a kid. I remember early summer mornings, outside, barefoot, feeling the wet grass and exposed tree roots underfoot. There was something so simplistic and grounding about it. I fear many of us have lost touch with the healing aspect of nature. Winter is hard emotionally and mentally on all of us, but it sure does make me appreciate the smell of summer on my skin and grass underfoot even more so.

I've been experimenting alot behind the scenes with this dip dye technique. It is time-consuming and unforgiving. But I sure do hope you like it.
