🌧️☔ Rainy Day Quesadillas! 🧀🍅🌽

Always a favorite, added to our to do list. Satisfying those rainy-day cravings with these quick, easy and delicious Quesadillas! 😋

5 Ingredients:

Flour Tortillas
Shredded cheese
Sliced tomatoes
Can of corn kernels
Olive oil (for extra flavor)

Instructions: ✨

1 Place a few drops of olive oil into a heated skillet.

2 Lay a flour tortilla on the skillet.

3 Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese onto the tortilla.

4 Add a layer of sliced tomatoes and corn kernels on top of the cheese.

5 Cover with another tortilla to create a cheesy-tomato-corn sandwich.

6 Drizzle a few more drops of olive oil around the edges for a golden crust.

7 Cook on both sides until the cheese is melted, and the tortillas are golden brown. 🌈

Slice into wedges and serve warm!

A simple and comforting treat for the whole family on a rainy day.
