Welcome to G.A.D. Elementary School, an independent school with passionate teachers, small classes and a learning environment that is conducive for your child’s success. It is our goal that every child learns, grows, and progress every day at G.A.D. We are fortunate to move into a new building with a huge Gymnasium, an open grassy playground, well equipped computer lab, and an excellent academic, religious, and sports program. The school has a boys and girls field hockey team. The young athletes are bringing laurels to the school.We encourage our students to take an active part in co-curricular program. Students have the opportunity to take part on the stage, in martial art, folk dance such as ‘Bhangra & Gidha’.

Traffic Safety Reminder: Please help us keep our parking lot safe for everyone.

🚖 Speed limit is 10 km/hr

🚫 No left turns into the parking lot from 77th Ave, 7:30–8:30 am and 2:00–3:00 pm. Please enter from 135A Street during these times.

🅿️ Please don’t park in our neighbours’ lots.

🟡 No parking on 77th Ave where the curb is yellow as vehicles may be ticketed.

🚶 Please use marked crosswalks when crossing 77th Ave or the parking lot.

🙋 Thank you to our volunteers helping direct traffic and pedestrians!

First Day of School is Tuesday, September 8th. School starts at 8:00 am and dismissal is at 12 pm. Buses will be running on the first day.

* Class lists will be posted outside the main office doors of both buildings.
* Entry and exit points for each homeroom will be clearly marked with signs at the appropriate doorways.
* Staff members will be available to welcome students and help them find their way.

🚌 Final week to request school bus service for the 2026–2027 school year! If you haven’t registered yet, please complete the Bus Service Request Form by Friday, July 31st. The form was sent to families by email. Please note that bus service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

📌 No distribution on the first day of school (Sep 8th). We reopen Sep 9th from 8:30–10:30 AM.
