I agree with her and this is why I created You've Got a Friend Coaching and Mentoring Service back in 2023.

I share the same theory as her. Many Therapists or Counsellors, even coaches will disuade you from talking about your problems. Their argument is it doesn't solve anything to just talk about it. It may not, I agree, it doesn't solve it but it helps to get it out and have a caring listening ear on the other end, telling you a different prospective or supporting you or maybe even giving you some insight that can be helpful coming from someone outside of oneself. Someone who can see things from a different angle and viewpoint and offer good guidance. Someone who truly wants to help, who will brainstorm ideas and solutions with you so you can get unstuck from your current situation.

Many people in the world today, do not have anyone they can share their troubles with and I believe that this can be the cause of alot of people experiencing different forms of Mental Illness. Of course this is a topic that can be debated but it is my theory which aligns with Delores.
