HMRC handed five IR35 reform plan alternatives Don’t do that with IR35, do this instead, say the CIOT, the FCSA and the ARC, among others.

The next phase of HMRC’s changes to off payroll IR35 legislation has been announced for the private sector.
This will affect ALL companies that engage contractors via there own PSC (Ltd Co) in ALL industries no matter how big or small.
It will also apply to public sector contracts & projects where the public body has currently deemed the contract “out of scope” as those simply become private sector contracts.
Consultation ends 10th Aug so HMRC will have enough time to include in Autumn budget AND implement for next tax year in April 2019.

Due to an exceptionally busy period we have found ourselves VERY low on newly PTS qualified, Probationary status trackworkers. We are actively looking to recruit 15-20 ‘blue hats’ to join our rail business to fulfil existing works we have in Pway maintenance, Pway renewals, cable pulling and other labour works.
candidates MUST have the following:
- FULL UK driving licence & own transport
- PTS DCCR
- ICI
- TRACK INDUCTION
- IN DATE pre employment D&A to transfer Primary sponsor. (Can be booked if needed)

OLEC 1 and small plant an advantage or civil plant tickets but not essential.
We are Especially looking for people from The West & North West of London, Essex and South East London to cover ongoing work both midweek and weekends but will consider all candidates meeting the above criteria.
Once (P) status is removed we will book your lookout course, small plant training and any other training we need for works (no charges). PAYE only (no CIS or LTD co).
No umbrella fees charged.
NO APPRENTICESHIP PROVIDERS OR AGENCIES PLEASE. We are looking for individuals who have all the tickets already but are not being give a chance with there current sponsors or are only working weekends. We have 35-50hrs per week and more when probation period is complete.
