What if your business/organization could do more without everything still depending on you?

It can be tiring when every new client, follow-up, content, and business operation has to pass through you.

To grow effectively, you need to identify what can be systemized, automated, and made easier, while making sure the right people can actually find your business in the first place.

How?

That’s exactly what we’ll be getting into at Buildership, a 3-day immersive business experience for business owners and nonprofit leaders where we’ll help you identify how you can use AI to effectively grow your business and build marketing systems that help the right people discover and trust you.

If you’re ready to find smarter ways to run your business and reach more of the people who need what you offer, Buildership is for you.

And you won’t just sit and listen. You’ll be actively applying what you learn to your business/organization while you’re in the room.

If you want to be in the room, click the link in bio to apply!

Hurry now, as applications close August 17th.

If your business has been feeling slow lately... I need you to swipe.

Not because I have all the answers. But because I spent years guessing my way through mine and I finally figured out why the guessing never worked.

Went down memory lane for this one. So let me know in the comments how this helped or inspired.

Can you tell what’s real and what’s AI in this video? 👀

If you think it’s just Dami and Gillian in superhero outfits… you’re wrong. 🤭

Did we even film all of these scenes, or did AI create them?

Can you tell? 😏

That’s how far AI has come.

The question is no longer whether AI can do it. It’s whether you’ll know how to use it for the things you keep thinking only YOU can do.

If your goal is to find faster, smarter, and more efficient ways to run your business, while building a consistent and reliable way to attract opportunities, Buildership is for you.

Buildership is not another workshop where you take notes and leave with more ideas than you can implement.

It is a three-day immersive experience where you will identify the right AI opportunities for your business, build practical systems, strengthen your visibility, and leave with tools you can actually use.

Applications close soon. Link in bio to apply.

Sometimes we get so caught up chasing bigger numbers that we forget what the numbers actually represent.

100 followers isn’t just 100 followers.
That’s 100 real people.

100 people who decided your content was worth seeing again.
100 people who chose to stay.
100 people who could have followed anyone else, but followed you.

The same goes for your likes, views, comments, and shares.

That post with 20 likes?
Imagine 20 people standing in front of you, listening to what you have to say.

That video with 500 views?
Imagine filling a room with 500 people who stopped what they were doing to watch you.

When you put it into perspective, those numbers don’t feel so small anymore.

Be grateful for the people who are already here.
Keep showing up.
Keep creating.
Keep improving.

Because every big creator you admire today started with a number that once felt “too small.”

Appreciate the little things.
They’re often much bigger than they seem. ❤️

As a business owner, pushing through is probably already in your DNA. And while that is a superpower, it can also make us forget to stop and celebrate the small things that are actually big things.

Swipe to see some of those wins.

If any of these have happened for you in the last couple of months, this is your reminder to pause and appreciate yourself today.

Give yourself the credit only you can give.

Buy that thing that has been sitting in your cart for months. Take yourself out. Do something that says “I see what I’ve been doing and it matters.”

You’ve earned it. Hallelujah. 🙌

What quiet business wins did we miss that made you smile recently? Tell us in the comments 👇

I have been sitting on a project for two months.

Knowing I needed help.
But somehow never moving past the “I’ll figure it out” conversation in my head.

Then this morning, I woke up thinking about how quickly I actually need to move on it.

A couple of hours later, I saw someone’s WhatsApp status and immediately thought: “Wait… she literally does this. Why didn’t I think of her sooner?”

And honestly, it made me pause.

Why had I spent so much time mentally searching for help when the exact person I needed was already in my contacts?

And the answer was simple: she just hadn’t been top of mind for me..

No fault of hers or mine. Just the quiet danger of assuming people always remember what you do and that when opportunities around your work come up, your name will pop-up.

That assumption is costing entrepreneurs every single day.

And here’s what makes WhatsApp interesting: It’s one of the few platforms where the algorithm barely affects.

Your contacts already chose to save your number.
The access is already there. The real question is: Are you using it intentionally?

So, here a few questions worth asking:

✅ Do my contacts clearly know what I do?

If someone needed my service today, would my name immediately come to mind? Would they confidently recommend me?

✅ Do I share enough of my journey for people to feel connected to my brand?

People don’t just remember services.
They remember stories.

✅ Do I intentionally remind my network what I do?

Not in a spammy way.
But through thoughtful updates, useful insights, testimonials, broadcasts, or conversations that keep my work top of mind.

✅ Am I creating content people naturally want to reshare?

Helpful insights.
Relatable branded content.
Posts that make people think: “Ah, this person gets it.”

✅ Am I treating WhatsApp like a real business asset or just another messaging app?

Because your warmest audience is probably already in your phone.

The question is whether you’re showing up for them intentionally.
