Our Open Play event is moving to Saturday, October 10 (Thanksgiving Saturday) — and we’re changing things up!

Romans was written by Paul to the early Christians in Rome, encouraging them to grow in their faith, and place their hope in Jesus — even when life was difficult or uncertain.

This scripture is a beautiful reminder that our hope doesn’t have to depend on having everything figured out. As parents, educators, caregivers, and families, we can trust that God can meet us with joy, peace, and hope right where we are.
Our hope is found in Him. 🌿✨

The Psalms are filled with honest prayers and songs from people who experienced the same kinds of emotions we do—joy, fear, uncertainty, and everything in between. ✨

Psalm 32 reminds us that when life feels hard or overwhelming, we can turn to God. He is our safe place, and He promises to guide us along the way.

What a beautiful reminder for our little ones—and for us—that we don’t have to figure everything out on our own. We can look to God for help, comfort, and direction. ✨

Who says learning can’t be a little messy, colourful, and full of adventure?! ☀️

We turned a simple block of ice into a summer treasure hunt! The children used droppers filled with warm, colourful water to melt away the ice and discover the treasures hidden inside.🪎

This activity is a fun way to encourage fine motor skills, sensory exploration, curiosity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning — all while enjoying some screen-free summer play! 💛

The book of Philippians was written by Paul to encourage followers of Jesus to remain faithful and find joy, even when life felt uncertain or overwhelming. His reminder is just as meaningful today.

As trusted adults in a child’s life, we have the opportunity to model faithfulness in everyday moments. We all experience times of worry, and while we won’t always have every answer, we can set an example what it looks like to pause, pray, and trust God with the things that weigh on our hearts.

When children see us turn to God for peace and guidance, we’re teaching them that they don’t have to carry life’s worries alone. 💛
