Here are the basics you need to know if consuming c@nn@bis in BC:

Age Limit: In BC you must be 19 years of age or older to legally purchase, possess and consume c@nn@bis.

Public Consumption: You can generally smoke/vape c@nn@bis in public spaces where to***co is permitted. Consumption is strictly banned in child focused areas.

Possession limits: Adults may publicly carry 30g of legal c@nn@bis and may keep up to 1000g per household.

Home Growing: The government allows up to 4 plants per residence for personal use. Plants must not be visible from public spaces. Landlords and strata corporations have the right to ban home growing on their properties.

In Vehicles: It is strictly illegal for both drivers and passengers to consume c@nn@bis in any motor vehicle, parked or moving. Only exceptions are for motorhomes or trailers being used as temporary residence while parked off of a public road.

Enjoy responsibly, know the rules, and help keep c@nn@bis use safe and respectful for everyone.
