This BellaVita designed and crafted wooden block set is a wonderful choice for early childhood and day care centres.

Each set comprises of 34 blocks, handcrafted from locally harvested kiln dried alder. The range of block sizes and shapes have been carefully designed to promote early childhood cognitive development. Each piece is lovingly finished with all edges rounded, sanded smooth, finished with natural water based beeswax and then polished to a soft shine to provide a completely natural eco-friendly toy.

Each set comes in its own handmade 100% cotton bag, tied with a beautiful piece of hand spun and dyed wool yarn.

Life's a little hectic, but fresh off an awesome weekend at two Waldorf Christmas Fairs we are packing up lots of lovely toys and craft kits for the Out of Hand Christmas Fair at the Crystal Gardens in Victoria.

Exciting news - Lorenzo is pouring concrete today for the construction our very own kiln so we can hand harvest and kiln dry our own alder branches here on site. The sun is shining, let's hope it has rained itself out!
