We are so excited to introduce Mrs. Hofer as the new teacher for Sedley Community Preschool for the 2026–27 season! 🍎📚

Many of our families will already know Mrs. Hofer from the many ways she contributes to our community. Whether you’ve seen her at dance, hockey, through the SCC, with Village Council, or at one of the many other community activities she is involved in, one thing is certain — Mrs. Hofer is everywhere!

She is excited to bring that same energy, enthusiasm and community spirit into the preschool classroom. She already has an ambitious and exciting plan in place to help our newest group of preschoolers learn, grow, explore and build all the skills they’ll need before they head off to the big school!

Please help us give Mrs. Hofer a very warm welcome! We can’t wait to see all the fun and learning ahead this year!

Home for a visit, Ms Moore stopped by Sedley School today to drop off a special delivery, all the way from Saskatoon! 🥍

From their Saskatoon family property services business, one of their new customers, donated 60 mini lacrosse sets (sticks and balls) for FREE! Jeremy@ Freds Finds, was happy to pass along some free sports gear for Sedley School! They will be well used come September! Thanks so much! “Dear Sedley School Families,

This is the final week to register for the Prairie Playhouse Youth Enrichment Program (TPPYEP) for the 2026–2027 school year.

When we asked our community what services were needed most, before and after school care was one of the top priorities. We listened, and over the past several months, The Prairie Playhouse Early Learning Centre has worked hard to make this program a reality.

Now, we need your help.

To operate the program safely and sustainably, we must have enough children registered. If sufficient registrations are not received by July 31, 2026, unfortunately the program will not be able to move forward.

If your family plans to use before and after school care this school year, we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Your registration helps us determine whether there is enough demand to operate the program.

If you're still considering the program or have questions about how it works, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'd be happy to discuss your family's needs, answer any questions you may have, and provide any additional information that would help you make your decision. * Non-School Days: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

* Full-Time Care: $545/month
* Before School Only: $245/month
* After School Only: $345/month
