These little beauties have gained a lot of attention at recess. While on supervision today, students and their principal shared some 🐞 humour…Why don’t ladybugs play hide and seek? Because they are always spotted. How does a ladybug solve problems? It spots solutions. Why did the ladybug sit on the leaf? It wanted to leaf a good impression. What do you call a ladybug that loves to dance? A jitterbug.

Hello Silverspring Hawk Families! Please take note of a few changes to our school bus 🚌 zones. Please help keep our students safe. The bus loop is now for buses only Monday-Friday 7:45am-3:45pm. This will accommodate not only our buses at drop off in the morning and pick up after school, but also our many buses that come and go for field trips and excursions throughout the day. There is one 24hr/day wheelchair accessible spot in the middle of the loop. There remains one spot in front of the food forest for buses only M-F 8am-5pm and an identical additional spot in front of the loop on Konihowski. The drop off area (15 minute max. & driver in vehicle) is still available, but slightly smaller.
