During the treatment time it will "FEEL" LIKE A FOOT MASSAGE. Yet, it is SO MUCH BIGGER.
Your body calms, circulation is increased, by stimulating reflex points in the foot (using gentle pressure techniques) the bodies system are encouraged to return to homeostasis (your natural balance)
