Mme Rea and Mme Barilla’s Grade 6 class explored, learned, and connected through a land-based overnight experience at Brightwater. A beautiful two days of curiosity, teamwork, and gratitude for the land. 🌿✨

Our students filled the gym with artwork and messages of remembrance, creating a space of reflection and gratitude. Together, we honoured the courage and sacrifice of those who served - and the peace their legacy continues to protect. 🇨🇦

🧙♀️🎃 Something spooky was brewing in Mme Rose’s classroom last week! After one too many Halloween treats, our compost zombies fell under the Worm Wizard’s spell - doomed to shred paper for the worm bins! 🪱
At Victoria School, we collect ALL compostables - some go in the city’s green bins, and the rest become food for our 3 big worm composts (Hungry Bins) ♻️

🎃 What a fun Halloween celebration at EVS! 👻
The day started with our K–4 students showing off their creativity in a festive Halloween parade, followed by a spooktacular dance for Grades 5–8 hosted by our amazing SLC. 🕸️
