Just a quick reminder that itโ€™s officially the time of year when our backyard becomes a FULL-ON WAR ZONE. ๐Ÿ˜‚

A runny nose by itself doesnโ€™t automatically mean a little one needs to stay home. ๐‚๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ, ๐ฐ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ง๐จ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง, especially with allergies, teething, or the beginning/end of a cold.

But when we move into the ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ค, ๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž๐, ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐ญ-๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒโ€ฆ thatโ€™s when we need to take a closer look. ๐Ÿ‘€

BUT if itโ€™s accompanied by fever, significant coughing, lethargy, difficulty breathing, vomiting/diarrhea, or your child just clearly isnโ€™t themselves, they need some rest at home.

Yes, Oliver and Miloโ€ฆ technically, we arenโ€™t supposed to sit on the arm of the couch.

Theyโ€™re happy.
Theyโ€™re completely absorbed in their books.

So here I am, trying to decide whether I should enforce the couch rule or just quietly appreciate the fact that these two little guys have found their own cozy reading spot. ๐Ÿ˜‚
