It's important for all schools to recognize this month by sharing more about Indigenous histories and the strength of present-day Indigenous Peoples and Nations.

Our school community raised a grand total of $1,435.00 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada!

Thank you to all of our amazing students who jumped their hearts out at our Jump Rope for Heart event. Your hard work, big smiles, and high energy made the day a huge success.

We also want to give a massive thank you to our families, friends, and neighbors. Your generous donations will help save lives and support vital heart research across Canada.

May 16 is World Education Support Personnel Day! Today we recognize the contributions of education support staff and say THANK YOU for all you do to support student achievement and well-being at !

We are so proud of our incredible Girls at Bat participants! This program is all about building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game in a supportive and fun environment.

A massive thank you to the Toronto Blue Jays and Jays Care Foundation for their incredible support in making this program possible. Your commitment to empowering young athletes across the country truly hits it out of the park!

❤️ Jumping for a Great Cause at John Wise! ❤️

Our school was skipping with energy this past Friday, May 8th, for our Jump Rope for Heart Day! 👟✨It was an incredible day focused on healthy active living and learning how to keep our hearts strong, all while raising important funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Seeing our Jaguars active, smiling, and supporting such a vital cause was truly inspiring!

A huge THANK YOU goes out to Mrs. Zubot, Mrs. Cowie, and our fantastic Student Council for their hard work in organizing this event and making it such a success.
