Lately I’ve been realizing something important.
For so long, “normal” felt like a finish line I was supposed to reach. But the harder I tried to fit in, the more pieces of myself I lost along the way.

The truth is simple: normal is an illusion.

What matters is what’s real — your pace, your needs, your quirks, your way of moving through the world. All of it valid. All of it enough.

Here’s to letting go of the chase and honoring who we truly are.
