Say hello to our Mentor in Residence (MIR) joining YETAP Pacesetters this weekend: Mary-Gloria Egbor. ๐ŸŒŸ

Business Analyst. Software Specialist. AI & Prompt Engineering Specialist. She holds an MBA from UNB, a degree in Computer Science, and certifications most people collect over a whole career (CBAP, PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma). Mary-Gloria brings all of it into the room this weekend.

This Saturday, sheโ€™s joining our YETAP Pacesetters to talk prompt engineering: how to use AI responsibly, how to protect your safety and your ideas while you do it, and how to turn all of that into a sharper, stronger pitch.

The timing fits too. This lands right alongside International Youth Day, a reminder that young people everywhere are building toward the same future, just from very different starting points.

One hour. One coach with the real receipts. A room full of youth about to level up how they think, write, and pitch with AI.

Welcome to the team, Mary-Gloria Obidike MaryGloria Nkechi Egbor ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This week, weโ€™re celebrating a young powerhouse Oreoluwa Orokotan, for the remarkable work she is doing as our Education Outreach Analyst for this summer ๐ŸŒŸ

Every day, Ore challenges us to think deeper. Through research, she explores real-world problems, deconstructs complex ideas, and turns them into meaningful conversations that invite our community to learn, question, reflect, and engage.

Today was another great example as Oreoluwa engaged our YETAP Pacesetters English Cohort in a thought-provoking session. ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’ก

Weโ€™re proud to see young people not only learning, but also leading conversations, asking important questions, and contributing fresh perspectives to our community.

๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท Our French Cohort is starting soon!

If youโ€™re ready to learn, grow, and connect, use the registration link to join the next cohort.

BBPN invites you to be part of a dedicated community of Black businesses and professionals committed to empowering, connecting, inspiring, and growing together.

๐Ÿ“ฒ Registration link in bio.

Keep shining, Ore! Your voice, curiosity, and perspective matter. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿš€

โš ๏ธ The greatest digital risk facing your organization may not be outdated technologyโ€”it may be the conversations you are not having.

When digital literacy is not actively discussed, businesses, professionals, and young people can become more vulnerable to online scams, misinformation, privacy breaches, poor digital decisions, and missed opportunities.

Digital literacy is no longer optional. It affects how we work, communicate, protect information, build businesses, access opportunities, and participate confidently in todayโ€™s world.

Join BBPN, in partnership with ABC Life Literacy Canada, for an engaging Digital Literacy Session designed for:

๐Ÿ’ผ Business owners and entrepreneurs
๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿ’ป Professionals and employees
๐Ÿš€ Young people and emerging leaders
๐Ÿค Community members and organizations

Do not wait until a digital mistake becomes an organizational crisis. Come learn, ask questions, and strengthen the skills needed to navigate the digital world safely and confidently.
