⛑️To help keep our children safe, happy, and healthy, we encourage everyone to follow the 5 S's of Sun Safety:

Slip on protective clothing
Slop on SPF 30+ sunscreen
Slap on a hat
Seek shade
Slide on sunglasses

Through your guidance and mentorship, we have gained valuable knowledge and skills that we now carry into our everyday programming to better support and enrich the lives of the children in our care.

🌷 Spring Break Fun! 🌷

We had such a wonderful, action-packed Spring Break at OSC! The kids dove into tons of hands-on activities like DIY bird feeders, toilet-paper maché, grass heads, salad-spinner snail art, puppets, and more. These projects helped support fine-motor development, collaboration, and each child’s unique creativity.

We also spent as much time outdoors as possible; exploring local parks, getting plenty of fresh air, and giving the kids lots of opportunities for physical play, teamwork, and learning through exploration.

While we’re looking forward to getting back into our routine, we’re already missing the curiosity, creativity, and excitement the week brought. We can’t wait for the next break! 🌟

Our day at OSC began with a surprise visit from a mischievous leprechaun who left our room in quite a mess! The children eagerly set off on a clue-finding adventure, using problem-solving and creative thinking as they searched for footprints, notes, and signs of their visitor.

Later, another note led us outdoors, where the leprechaun had hidden treasure at the park. The children continued to cooperate, communicate, and explore their environment, strengthening both their social skills and their connection to learning through play. 🌈

✨We love providing a variety of experiences for our children to learn and grow! From simple water play and puzzles to gooey, hands-on experiments, they have opportunities every day to explore, build their curiosity, grow their confidence, and make a few friends along the way.

We capture these moments so families can get a little glimpse into their child’s world and see it through their little eyes. 🧚🏼👑🪖✨
