🎉Today is my solar return and as I start my 36th year, I always like to reflect on the past year and see what the theme was for me🎉

35 was all about releasing, shedding the past, rewiring my subconscious, truly embodying my power and I was able to see first hand that I am 100% the creator of my reality.

Here are some highlights of my lessons learned:

I reprogrammed my subconscious when it came to limiting beliefs around money. This made me realize I actually had limiting beliefs around safety and security.

I worked on boundaries and taking my power back. I sold two investment properties and fired 4 realtors because I have high standards when it comes to how I should be treated and I need to work with people who are operating in their integrity. I’m someone who won’t stop until I get what I want🤣🤷🏻‍♀️

I let go of numerous relationships that I didn’t feel were aligned anymore and this allowed me the space for new, loving and vibrationally attuned souls to come in.

I co-created corrective experiences to heal trauma I experienced with .

I found myself at a place where I have no space to hate anyone. This doesn’t mean that I love everyone. There are plenty of people I don’t want to be around, I just don’t hate anyone. That vibration doesn’t resonate with me at all anymore and it’s so freeing.

Clearing the above mentioned (and more) not only allows me to evolve on my spiritual journey but it allows me to be a better healer
and mentor for you. The more I clear trauma and resistance, the lighter I become and a clearer vessel for spirit to channel through.

As I head into 36, I am standing in full receipt of satisfying experiences in every moment of every day because I am now seeing the world through the eyes of source, without resistance.

Instead of observing reality, i choose to create it.

There comes a day when your soul realizes turning the page is the best feeling in the world because you realize there’s so much more to the book than the page you were stuck on🦋✨💕

If trauma can be passed down from our ancestors so can resilience.

We always focus on the trauma but what about the resilience?

Have appreciation and gratitude for how much you’ve been through up until now and how far you’ve come.

You are more resilient than you give yourself credit for and so are our ancestors!

Think about what the souls in our lineage have endured and persevered through, that FIERCENESS and RESILIENCE is instilled within our soul and within our DNA.

Whenever I’ve held an ancestral ceremony for someone, it always comes through that their ancestors want to be talked about a remembered and not always for the trauma!

Of course, the trauma shouldn’t be ignored but while we focus on that and work through it, don’t forget to focus on the resilience as well🙌🏻 It’s called balance😉

As we start the week, here is a reminder to always listen to your emotional vibration🫶🏻

If someone asks you to do something and you feel joy and excitement about it, then do it because it’s a HELL YEAH

If the idea of anything doesn’t feel good, that is the equivalent of a HELL NO.

Making decisions that lead to vibrational alignment come VERY quickly when you live your life using this approach🫶🏻

Be intentional. Check in with yourself. See how your body feels the next time you’re choosing between to paths💕

🫶🏻What does self love mean to you?🫶🏻

To me, it’s loving yourself no matter what. that includes scars and all.

It’s having a never ending sense of compassion and forgiveness for yourself.

It’s implementing strong boundaries and protecting yourself and your energy at all costs.

It’s being discerning when it comes to how I’m treated.

It’s not beating myself up when I make a mistake or fail.

It’s noticing how strong and courageous I am.

It’s using my hardships as a gift to inspire others to realize that they’re not alone.

It’s being able to see myself and to see you.

It’s knowing that we are all connected and separation is a paradigm of the past.

It’s finding love in everything especially when it’s hard to find.

It’s living in a state of allowing, receiving and appreciation.

It’s becoming your own best friend. When you love youself, you don’t need external validation.

As a shaman, I’m the one people come to after they’ve”tried everything” and nothing has worked. That’s because not all modalities focus as deeply and address the core issues like I do. This is where I find shamanic healing really shines💫
