A few years ago, I had a coaching client cancel the remainder of her agreement.
She said she wasn’t getting anything out of working with me.

At first, I felt embarrassed. 🫣
I love helping people see the best in themselves — to realize there’s so much more available to them in this life.

It took me a while to bounce back from that experience, but it taught me a lot.
And I want to share a few of those lessons with you… maybe they’ll land for you too. 💭

1️⃣ You can’t help people who don’t want help.
All of my coaching includes homework, reflection, and support.
If someone chooses not to use what’s made available to them — that’s not mine to carry.

Some people like where they are. They like their story , their excuses , their addictions ….
Because if they really healed, they’d have to let go of the story they’ve built about themselves.
And change — even good change — can be scary.

2️⃣ I didn’t do my due diligence in seeing if she was truly ready for the depth of work I do.
That one’s on me.

I used to believe I could help most people.
But I can’t. I’m not right for everyone — and that’s okay.

I’m not polished or princessy.
I don’t do “fluffy, blow-sunshine-up-your-butt” work. ☀️

My coaching is for people who are done sabotaging themselves, their relationships, and their lives — and are ready to rise. I will shed light on the shadows , pull skeletons out of the closet & love you through it all
