WW&W Ladies!!
Whoa, it has been awhile......
We were going strong and building a strong force of women who love weight lifting, wine, and supporting one another.
Our group has taken a hiatus (whoops), as the leader of this page and our gatherings, I had to take some time off with a pregnancy and new baby.
We have so many new members to welcome and new functions to plan!
I am currently training for the Uxbridge half marathon and enjoying some hot yoga, while I get ready to get back into my love of heavy weight lifting.
I'd love to hear from you on what you'd like to see from this page, and if you are local to the GTA, what gatherings would benefit you the most.
