Riverdale ArtWalk - Riverdale ArtWalk 08/20/2021

If you can't think of a weekend activity to do to make the most of the summer left, Riverdale ArtWalk 2021 is opening this weekend only (August 21 & 22). Located at Jimmie Simpson Park - 872 Queen St E, Toronto, from 11am - 6pm, Riverdale ArtWalk showcases Artist Pop-Up Booth in person to walk around the Park and see art made by 100+ artists. They are also virtually online from August 20 - Sept 3 thru the comfort of your home if you can not make it in person this weekend to visit the event.

With less than 1 month of summer, there are still many activities and events happening around Toronto to make the most of summer last. Gardiner Museum is open again to public with free admission now until Sept 6 - Labour Day, as a welcome back from COVID19 closer. The Museum is also having pop up window exhibitions and public outdoor art projects and family clay activities. These events and activities are great for the whole family to enjoy the museum and have fun.

Beyond Monet: Toronto's Most Immersive Experience - ON SALE NOW 08/06/2021

Similar to the Immersive Vincent Van Gogh Exhibition, there is another famous artist Claude Monet that is showing an Immersive Experience of their artwork. Beyond Monet makes its world premiere in Toronto at the Metro Toronto Convention Center (225 Front Street West) this summer for a limited engagement experience. Featuring the artist iconic pieces that are largely projected around the convention center bring the art to life in front of our eyes.
This immersive experience will be running from Aug 6 - Oct 3. This event is available for all ages and price for the exhibition are $39.99 for Adults (age 16 and up), $35.99 for Student (up to age 25) and Senior (age 65 and up) - valid ID is required, $29.99 for Youth and Child (age 5 - 15), Child (age 4 and under) is free.

Toronto has a exhibition called, Immersive Van Gogh Exhibition located at Toronto Star’s printing presses at 1 Yonge Street ,Toronto. It projects large scale stunning pieces (600,000 cubic feet) of Van Gogh popular landscapes, portrait painting and still life. There walk thru exhibition are open now until Mid September. Price for entering their exhibition are from $34.99 (OFF PEAK Time) and $44.99 (ON PEAK Time). Andy Warhol | Art Gallery of Ontario 07/16/2021

Toronto Museum and Art Galleries are reopening back up as of next week, just in time for a new exhibition to check out at the AGO. The iconic POP ART artist, Andy Warhol, exhibition is opening on July 21 – October 24, 2021. The exhibition showcases portraits and conceptual work and experimental installations.
AGO admission is FREE for AGO Members, AGO Annual Pass Holders and Visitors 25 and under. This is a great summer activity for kids, teenagers and young adults to go visit.

Winter Stations 07/03/2021

There are many events running in Toronto this summer, as places are gradually reopening. One of the events that can check out is Toronto Winter Stations which is under a new program called Spring Station. It got postponed due to Covid 19 restrictions and lockdown within the province, but now you can enjoy the art in a new unique and safe outdoor environment with the new regulations and to practice social distancing while at the station. This Spring Stations event runs from May 6 until July 31 and is FREE for all ages. There are 4 installations located near Distillery District area and while in the area, you can also stop by and shop around the shops.
