Heart of Kindness Benches
These beautiful benches were created with the help of every student enrolled at Jack MacKenzie School in 2016, each contributing a stained-glass mosaic heart.
Special thanks to the Stefan family of Sister’s Glass Studio for designing and donating the benches, and to the Roderique family of BHL Construction for installing them in 2018.
The benches stand as a lasting symbol of our school motto:
“Where Effort & Kindness Count.”

🎶 Ukulele Lane
Music has always been a special part of Jack MacKenzie School.
Through his kindness fund, Jack MacKenzie helped bring ukuleles into the hands of students—and created a tradition that still lives on today.
He would visit, play along, and always ask students to sing You Are My Sunshine together.
Each year, we continue that tradition on his birthday.
Because here, music isn’t just something we learn—it’s something that connects us.
