Our final session of 2026 was an action packed shooting and training session at PEAK. The players worked hard, logged some great reps and had a ton of fun.

Our weekend group gave it their all on the ice! They challenged themselves in competitions drills, when learning new techniques and through dynamic skill sessions. Well done!

Our All In Solid Gold athletes from both sessions benefited greatly from their time spent with Chantel of Avikam Yoga.
We know that athletes need mobility and Chantel specifically targets the activation and flexibility that hockey athletes require. Thanks for keeping our bodies moving!

We are back at it with a new crew for a weekend of hockey development!

Day one was filled with foundational power skating, position specific training, a tonne of passing and specific shooting technique repetitions.
Off the ice our players were fortunate to work with Inner Athlete Sport Counselling - learning how to reframe their thinking and set their daily direction and reflections. We ended our day in the park with athletic fun and games. We have a competitive group, they work hard and play hard!!

Our camp athletes challenged themselves to try new skills, get uncomfortable and push themselves to get a little better every day. I’d say they succeeded!

Tuesday and Thursday between ice sessions our athletes took to the PEAK shooting lanes to fine tune their technique and stack some reps. Great work girls!

We are very fortunate to have Inner Athlete Sport Counselling with us on day one. They worked with the players to in setting their intention for the week though their Daily Direction, using reflection to guide their goal setting and strategies to reset after mistakes. Thanks Janna and Trina!
