Today students learned about becoming a Powerline Technician thanks to Hundseth Powerline Construction. They experienced working from a bucket truck, running a small excavator and climbing a power pole. Students also were encouraged to bring resumes. It was a great morning of seeing a profession that not everyone knows about.

We hosted the Fire & Protective Services Spotlight today in Regina.

Students Experienced:

- a simulated house fire where firefighters get out by following the hose
- pressure in hoses
- transporting a body
- spraying water from hose
- jaws of life situation while fully outfitted in the heavily weighted fire gear
