17 tabs open in your mind and all of them are distracting you from doing what you want to be doing...

if that's you right now... I made something for exactly that moment. it's part of the Smart Ass Women bundle, a free collab with a whole crew (22 to be exact) of coaches and healers, all handing over one of our best free resources at the same time.

For this special collaboration, I've created the SENSE Check-In for Creative Resistance. a 10-minute guided audio + a one-page worksheet, walking you through five simple check-ins....what's actually happening in your body, and what one small, honest step looks like today.

Grab it, plus every other freebie in the bundle, free through sept 24.

Comment SMARTASS and I'll send you the link OR you can finf the link in my bio.

Remember the permissions slips we needed signed growing up so we could experience joy?

Now how often do you put those experiences on the back burner because you havent "earned" them?

This 2 minute practice is your chance to give yourself permission to experience life, without having to earn it.

Comment PERMISSION to get it.

A guy was talking about his wife asking when he'd be home for the day, and he took offense, like she was trying to control him or track him. He eventually realized that she didn't give a s**t where he was or what he was doing. What She wanted was an anchor....

I needed this reminder today so i'm passing it on.

as soft as possible.
as slow as possible.
as simple as possible.
as sincerely as possible.
as steady as possible.
as smooth as possible.

This is the pace we're building inside The Ritual Space.

No rushing your body just because everything and everyone else is rushing.
