December 21st (during extended lunch in the gym).

Auditions run from December 1st to the 15th.
Accepted performers will be notified on December 16/17th.

GRAD WEAR ANNOUNCEMENT:

We will be continuing pre-orders throughout the rest of this week, however, we will not be accepting payments. Payments will be done through the school cash online payment platform, starting next week. Please make sure to come to the front foyer this week to choose your sweater, colour, design, & size. We will also be requiring your full names and student numbers. If you did not come to the front foyer and choose your grad wear, we will not be able to order grad wear for you.

***FOR IB: we are currently working getting an IB patch for the sweaters. We will know more information on this once the vendor gets back to us. If you are interested in getting a patch please make sure to check that box off when choosing your sweater!!!!***

GRAD WEAR ANNOUNCEMENT:

Leadership Committee will be doing our original designs in the colours light grey, navy blue and black. If there is another design available BY WEDNESDAY, we will be choosing the most popular one with at least 20 votes from people who are willing and able to purchase them. People who are creating the design must PROVIDE US with a tally of the number of those votes. There will be only two design options if this requirement is met. The reason for limiting the options down to two designs is because we want everyone to look like a group, and if there are too many designs it ends up becoming a logistical and visual mess. We have decided that this vote is the best way to accommodate the majority. Finally, the new design will take longer to order, and are likely to cost more. We will not be providing separate IB gradwear, patches or stick-ons. There cannot be any type of distinction between IB and ministry, as per the request of the administration.
