I would like to introduce myself for those of you who are not familiar with me.
My name is Nicole and I'm a Designated Early Childhood Educator for the SMCDSB for over 4years. My previous employment was working for Community Living in the early intervention program. While in this role, I was fortunate enough to work with families who had children with disabilities. We worked on social skills, daily routines, school transitions and more.
I'm currently in the process of getting my degree in Early Childhood Studies with a minor in French. I am currently bilingual and looking to become a french teacher in the Catholic board.
My hopes are to help families with private tutoring to ease the concerns of school COVID and help children to laugh while learning.

Here are a few photos of today's session with a little boy who is going into Kindergarten. He is ahead of the game with knowing all his alphabets and numbers up to 20. He can also recognize his name and his now trying to write his name.
Next steps are knowing the sounds of the alphabets and being able to pack his backpack and opening his lunch with containers.

Laugh N' Learn will be servicing Tay/Tiny Township, Midland, Penetang, Elmvale, Orillia and Barrie. First sessions are free, this would include assessment of child, parents goals, child's interest in learning, overview of online learning with parents and weekly reports of child progression.
Laugh N' Learn tutoring will provide all materials for learning, breaks throughout the session to help with engagement and many more fun and exciting activities. Please message for tutoring cost.
