Usually you need more skills to create closings like adding a zipper or button tab but the Gentiane fit was made so you can pull it through and still get that adjusted waist fit that soften the silouette . enjoy watching !

In this second video I m showing you how I m sewing a jogger and sweater baby set . The process took 4 hours in total , so much faster than Adult clothes . I enjoyed to sew all the details in mini version like the neckline , mini cuffs and cute jogger pants . I m@thinking to lino print it to add more personalization to it 🌸🪡

Hi everyone, please meet our talented instructor Amanda ! Here is how she started to love sewing in her own words :
“Hello there! My name is Amanda and I am a self-taught sewist who first began garment sewing in order to fulfill my dreams of creating a self-made wardrobe. I especially love working with linen, cotton, and natural fibres, and hope to teach others how to make whatever their heart desires!
My latest projects have involved machine embroidery, personalizing outerwear, pants, bags, as well as endeavoring to make a jacket with as many pockets as possible! When I am not sewing, you can find me hanging out with my cat, or at a studio writing music with my band. “ all the garments in this post made by her . We are excited to announce the opening of our next pattern drafting course . This class will allow you to truly understand how pattern are made so you can create garments that fit your body beautifully. The course will happen every Sundays March 8 to 29 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hyde creek Recreation center Port Coquitlam.
This session is open to:
Beginners who want to learn how to draft their own custom block from measurements. Then create any style of pattern using their block
Returning students ready to move to the next step and draft entirely new styles using their personal block and more advanced variations like shirts , tailored pants with fly.
