From coast to coast, in cities large and small, in communities and sectors that deserve so much more access to quality programming — we are bringing future-ready entrepreneurship education to our community partners, who are stepping up to deliver them directly to youth all across Canada. And we could not be more thrilled. 💛

💬 In their own words, children who became entrepreneurs through the BizKids Markets are sharing what made it unlike anything they have ever experienced before.

Because this is not a typical program. There are no tests. No memorisation. No theory without context.

Instead, children aged 7 to 16 step into real entrepreneurial experience — developing skills through a hands-on experience:
🛠️ Setting up a real business — from idea to launch, children experience every step of building something that is truly theirs
📣 Marketing — understanding how to position and communicate the value of what they offer
🎤 Pitching — developing the confidence to stand in front of others and make people believe in their idea

Strap in folks! This next generation is going to do things faster and with more heart than any generation before

Another BizKids documentary has been filmed and is heading to the editing room.

But this one’s pretty special
Because it’s a part of BizKids roots

Matthew was a part of our very first BizKids market back in 2018
He was only 10 years old
He started Matthew’s Magical Marvels
He sold Harry Potter inspired one of a kind magic wand

It was a huge success

But he wasn’t done

Matthew came back again in 2019 to take our entrepreneur program again
He decided to keep running the same business
But this time he took what he learned to make it better
He learned about upsell so he made cases to go with his magic wands
He learned about creating a product line and so he made pencils that looks like magic wands
He learned about merchandising and built his own custom magic wand displays
And he launched again at a second BizKids market

It did even better than the first time

And he kept building it,
He went to other markets
He was even discovered by a magic store who wanted to start selling his magic wands in their store
He kept going

Now Matthew has graduated high school and he’s decided that now is the time to pack it in so he can focus on the next chapter of his professional development

I can’t wait to see how his documentary comes together as we learn more about what it’s meant to him to build his own business and what he’s looking forward to next

We're not naming names just yet — but let's just say some very exciting community partners in two brand new provinces are about to bring BizKids programming to youth in their own backyards. And we could not be more thrilled. 🌟📦
