The depth of our relationships often reflects the depth of our own self-understanding.

When someone hasn't taken the time to understand their own thoughts, emotions, fears, and experiences, it can be difficult for them to fully understand someone else's.

We can only connect with others to the extent that we're willing and able to understand ourselves.

Sometimes, the disconnect isn't about your worth or how well you communicate. It's about what the other person has yet to discover within themselves.

Keep growing. Keep understanding yourself. And don't measure your worth by someone else's ability to see it.
