Why a frequency bed???⁣
⁣
When you are constantly in flight or fight, your body is always on alert.⁣
⁣
Shallow breathing, clenched muscles, mind spinning out of control.⁣
⁣
What your nervous system needs is safety.⁣
⁣
Vibration & frequencies are the exact signal the body need.⁣
⁣
To feel the rhythm all the way through your body.⁣
⁣
Your system can be held, and your shift from fight or flight comes back to rest.⁣
⁣
⁣
⁣
⁣
Much love,⁣
Michelle⁣

Life can be hard.

In one month …

My grandpa died.

Then my gramma.

My mom had 2 stints put into her very weak heart. And now is going in for a major cancer surgery.

Life is hard.

So we escape into the bush.

This time we did some glamping just the two of us.

Less work.

Just rest. The forest. And each other.

The best part was being able to ride the side by side to town for a chai latte and some pie!!!

We can’t do that when we go camping!

I’m so grateful for the THE NORDEGG TREE HOUSE this place is truly magical and we so blessed that they share this beautiful oasis.

Much love,
Michelle

The only way to calm me down is the bush.

If you are really going through it, I suggest nature.

It will bring you back to your breath.

Back to your body.

Where you can think again.

Nature talks to me.

Reminds me to be still.

To allow the flow whether we like it or not.

Let the buzz of the city go and let your nervous system have a break.

You will come back feeling more whole, more calm, and stronger to do the things.

Peace out friends.

Angelic Feng Shui⁣
⁣
Have you moved recently?⁣
⁣
A new build? Old home? ⁣
⁣
Doesn’t matter.⁣
⁣
Each contain old energy. Stagnant lingering energy from the land, the previous owners, the construction crew that built or renovated.⁣
⁣
You see, if there was a lot of anger, or fighting, or even abuse, you can feel this heaviness lingering.⁣
⁣
You might not be able to put your finger on it.⁣
⁣
When we feng shui. We get rid of all that stored up energy that isn’t even yours.⁣
⁣
We recalibrate. ⁣
⁣
We reset.⁣
⁣
And we set new intentions.⁣
⁣
We set up a grid to support growth, health and wellbeing.⁣
⁣
If you just moved or a planning one, let us support you sooner then later so you can have your home vibrating at the frequency that supports you, not depletes you. ⁣

It is the absolute joy of working hand in hand with the Angelic Kingdom of Light to bring one of the highest forms of healing to individuals, groups and the planet. Angels exist outside the different dimensions as we know them. They are the Master Programmers of the Main Programme we know as the Universe. Through their guidance, and the healing art of Angelic Reiki, we can positively influence the creative energy systems of any individual or group according to Divine Will. This could be on a physical, emotional or mental level.⁣
⁣
At this momentous time in the history of Humanity and the Earth, issues are surfacing to be cleared that have their roots deep in the past. We carry the imprints of these at cellular level and they are often worked out through many incarnations, on this and on other planets. These issues are available to be cleared now, through the ability of the Angels to transcend time and space as we know it. As a healer willing to work with the Angels in this way, you offer a great and wonderful service to all and to yourself.⁣
⁣
⁣
I’m leading a class this Fall and would love to have you.⁣

Why did I create this retreat?⁣
⁣
To support you.⁣
⁣
I know what it is like to run on empty.⁣
⁣
I know how it feels to feel alone in this world.⁣
⁣
I have learnt that I need to support my body the best way I can, or my health declines rapidly.⁣
⁣
To keep my mind clear so I can meditate and do my energy work I have to maintain my wellness.⁣
⁣
How?⁣
⁣
Gentle movement to warm up the body and the lymph. ⁣
⁣
Frequency and vibration, nature, healthy food, high vibrational water, somatic, connection to bodies of water, crystals and more have all helped me to regulate my nervous system.⁣
⁣
I’m not in fight in flight anymore. ⁣
⁣
I don’t react like I use to.⁣
⁣
And this place has a hot and cold plunge plus the sauna!!!!!!⁣
⁣
So join me deep in the woods, deep into your nervous system to a weekend of reset.⁣
⁣
