As a former shopaholic who invested way too much time and money into my closet ... the hardest thing to declutter was my clothes.

👉🏻 There was so much I loved but didn't wear.
👉🏻 And all the stuff I was sure I could "make it work"
👉🏻 Things I was saving for special occasions
👉🏻 Items I needed to make other pieces work...

And so much more. I was using my entire guest bedroom as a closet, I had over a hundred pairs of shoes, and yet I still felt like I had nothing to wear.

I knew I wanted to own less (I was fascinated by capsule wardrobes and loved the idea of actually wearing everything I owned), but following through felt impossible.

But it wasn't.

Over a decade later, I now have a small yet beloved wardrobe, and I feel more confident and happy in my clothes than ever before.
