Say hello to Jeansil Bruyère, our panelist from AIDS Community Care Montreal (ACCM) on October 9th at our HIV in Public networking event! 🙌

Jeansil Bruyère is the Executive Director of AIDS Community Care Montreal (ACCM). He is a native Montrealer who recently completed his B.C.L./LL.B. at McGill’s Faculty of Law. He also obtained degrees in communication studies, religious studies and globalization from Concordia University.

A fervent human rights advocate, notably for vulnerable and marginalized populations, Jeansil seeks to ensure that the people gathered around ACCM’s services -members, volunteers and staff- are able to make meaningful contributions to the organization’s development. His own journey with ACCM began in the Summer of 2011 when he was the Communications & Fundraising intern.

Having completed human rights and social justice oriented internships at organizations such as the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network and COCQ-SIDA, Jeansil brings a holistic understanding of access to justice for people living with HIV, trans populations and the broader LGBTI2A community to ACCM as Executive Director.
