CMETrust uOttawa works with the broader CMETrust organization to promote education in Kenya by raising funds for the creation of secondary school scholarships for students from Mathare Valley, the second largest slum in Kenya. Founded in 2006, the Canada Mathare Education Trust is a registered Canadian charity (No. 83906 0720 RR0001). As of January 2011, CMETrust has supported 48 students from the Mathare Valley.

Hello all group members!

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and reading week break! But now it's time to start planning some great events with CMETrust uOttawa!

There will be two meeting times this week:
Tuesday October 22nd at 1:30
Friday October 25th at 2:30
Both meetings will be held in the Clubs Room of the UCU Terminus
