New posting = new costs. 💸
From school supplies and sports registration to gas, school clothing, uniforms, lunches, and the surprise 'we forgot about that' expenses, August can hit hard. This is a great time for a back-to-routine budget reset.
Remember a budget is less about restriction and more about reducing stress.

Back-to-school season is also a smart time to review the 'grown-up' items that support family stability i.e. insurance, emergency contacts, schedules, and household routines.
A quick review now can make everything run a little smoother later if the essentials are in place. This is your opportunity to do a quick review of your finances or update your plan. https://cfmws.ca/insurance-finance/financial-planning-investments

Military service is often measured in missions, miles, and time away from home.
But sometimes the most lasting impact is quieter.
A classroom with new supplies. Medical care reaching people who need it. A community receiving support that wouldn't have been possible otherwise.
Through Boomer's Legacy, Canadian Armed Forces members can continue a tradition of humanitarian service that reaches far beyond the task at hand.
