Did you know that mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being? ๐ค
Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. It does not mean the same thing as mental illness. However, poor mental health can lead to mental and physical illness.
It is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. It is important to discuss mental health daily and break the stigma.

Maybe they are feeling amazing, but sometimes they would really appreciate it if you could reach out to them and just say "Hello". ๐
So, don't forget to check in on your friends today! ๐
