First Meet Squat Recap 🔥

First attempt. I was extremely nervous. The monolift was nothing I had used before and it was stressing me out. made it clear that after this squat the hard part would be over. Turns out he can be right sometimes…
Second attempt. At this point I was way more comfortable and confident in my capabilities. We knew that squats would be an easy snag.
Third attempt, I still had no idea what the weight was on the bar. Doing the quick Kilo calculations were not happening and I did not want to know the weight.
After finding out that I had 315lbs as my final attempt, I was shocked. I had hit that weight in prep but struggled so bad.
Very happy with my results for squats. Excited to go back to work and get ready for another meet.
