On Monday, April 6th Ms Lisa is switching hats — stepping out of the studio as your tap teacher and into her role as a clinical psychologist to support our dancers in a whole new way.

Join us for a seminar, Beyond Technique: The Mental Side of Dance Performance, designed for both dancers and parents, focused on navigating the mental load that comes with high-pressure moments like competition season. From performance anxiety to building confidence and resilience, Ms Lisa is here to give you real, practical tools that go far beyond the stage.
