It's amazing how one set of appendages make the whole difference in how your body work which goes to how you feel in general, your pain, aggravation, stamina, all the things.
We think what goes in is most important and it is super important but how you treat and work the outside helps or hurts everything else.
Take time to give your feet a hug, rub, scrub, and just some love.
A map of some pessure points to play with.
Run thumbs into these meridian spots and feel the relief.
It can be magic but like all good things it has to be done regularly to be super effective.
Last thing you want on your journey of a thousand miles is sore feet, legs, body, or heart.
