I’ve been thinking a lot about the power of a good mindset. How our repeated thoughts contribute to forming beliefs about ourselves/others/the world.
Our beliefs then influence how we approach certain situations, which influences the actions we do or don’t take.
So much of our reality is shaped by our mindset.
Let’s step into this month with a mindset of believing, focusing, & empowering ourselves.

some bits of life lately 💌 idk about you guys but January felt extraaa long, dark & gloomy. with everyday that passes and more daylight arrives I can feel myself thawing out and getting ready to sync up with spring 🌱 winter has been great for dreaming up big ideas for this year, and I’m very excited to start creating two things for you all that I’ve been dreaming up for a while now!! stay tuneddd 😘

Raise your hand if shameful-self awareness feels a little too familiar. I know I’ve been there before 🙋🏼♀️ If you find yourself identifying with shameful self-awareness, it may be time to take a step back and reassess.
Shameful self-awareness is when you become acutely aware of your flaws and imperfections, leading you to beat yourself up for not being ‘perfect’. This type of self-awareness can be harmful to your growth as it is often accompanied by feelings of guilt, self-doubt and low self-esteem. ❤️🩹
Loving self-awareness on the other hand, is when you become aware of what behaviours/actions/thoughts are hindering you, but rather than criticizing yourself, you approach them with compassion and curiosity.
Loving awareness + action = positive change & growth.
