Heirloom salad - ensalada criolla

Heirloom tomato and cucumber, salsa macha, mole verde, queso fresco, pepitas

Recado negro made in house - paste from the Yucatan made of burnt chiles, tortillas, onion, toasted spices, garlic.

Going to be used in different applications on the new menu

Tlayudita - house made tortilla using blue corn Masa, refried beans, chorizo, quesillo, onion blossoms, salsa tatemada, avocado puree
