Happy International Men’s Mental Health Awareness Day!

As many of you know, Men's Mental Health is very near to my heart. I have seen many men struggle firsthand, and I don't believe that it is often talked about enough. Above are a few tips that I personally use to support my own mental health. Please spread the word. Men need help too.

I remember when I first got Sober the amount of guilt and shame I had for all of the things I’d done wrong in my life, it would cause me to relapse. Once I realized I had to change everything in my life and take care of all my problems I knew going back to drinking would just me going backwards. I’ll be talking about this on my podcast a lot and everything I’ve experienced.
