Throwback to a few months ago, me and my brother crushing back when he was about 12 weeks out from Toronto Pro Qualifier. If you want to be successful you need to have people around you who share the same vision.I know you've probably heard that a million times but it honestly helps you level up faster. and I both like to train alone but sometimes having a training partner just works. We didn't try to make this video look a certain way, we just trained, like we always do.

When I first started taking an interest in bodybuilding they were the company every bodybuilder wanted to be with and they still are. Been playing around with different exercises lately and trying to incorporate different variations into my workouts. So far i like these way more than regular dips. I feel like I'm forced to stabilize myself more however at the same time I feel like im forced to use my triceps more and I don't feel any pressure on my shoulders whatsoever. .
