What to do on Hump Day ?? Go to a black cod cooking class. A birthday party for Tina from her friends. Great fun, super food. A great bunch of gals

Beef Wellington - last Sunday's class did a fabulous job from the pancetta pear appetizer to the beef wellies, the demi glace cream sauce, the pave and the aniseed carrots. So good.
